At From Planet Earth, jewellery is deeply personal—it marks significant milestones, celebrates special moments, and reflects your unique story. My Bespoke Jewellery Service offers you the chance to create a piece that’s as individual as you are. Whether you're designing a custom engagement ring, a meaningful gift, or a statement piece to commemorate an occasion, I'll work with you to bring your vision to life.

Step 1: Brainstorm Ideas

Let’s start with a conversation! I want to get to know you, your style, and the essence of the piece you're dreaming of. Together, we’ll explore ideas around metals, gemstones, and textures. We’ll discuss your preferences, inspirations, and any special details you want to include.

To help us get your perfect fit, we’ll also send you a ring sizer (if you're designing a ring) to make sure we have your exact size.

Step 2: Sketches & Design Curations

Once we’ve brainstormed ideas, I will create design sketches based on our conversation. I’ll also curate gemstone options for you and provide estimated quotes for each design. This is where your vision starts to take shape, and we can make any tweaks before moving forward.

Step 3: Design Confirmation & Deposit

Once we settle on the perfect design, a 50% deposit is required to move forward with the creation process. Once the deposit is received, the magic begins! Depending on the complexity of the piece, the estimated timeframe is 6–10 weeks.

If you need your piece by a specific date, just let me know.

Step 4: Wax Model Confirmation

Before casting the design in metal, I'll send you a video of the wax model for your final approval. This is the stage where you’ll get to see your piece come to life in 3D! If you wish to make any final tweaks to the design, we can still make one last change at this point.

- For other pieces which utilise a modern technique, the wax step won't be completed, we will simply work based off sketches.

Step 5: Final Piece & Delivery

Once the design is perfected and cast into its final form, I'll send you a sneak peek of your finished piece along with the final invoice. Your bespoke jewellery will be shipped to you with insurance to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

50% deposit is required to begin the creation process, and the last 50% is required before posting. There are no refunds offered on custom/bespoke pieces. Need a more flexible payment plan? No worries, just let me know in your email and we can work out a more flexible plan (no interest added ever!).
